Nikitha joined PNNL as a Scientist in September 2016. Prior to joining the lab she was a graduate student researcher at the Berkeley-Education Alliance for Research in Singapore (BEARS). She is also a STEM Ambassador Fellow with PNNL's Office of STEM education and is actively involved in local STEM outreach events. She is currently serving as the Secretary of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) Women-in-Engineer (WIE) affinity group for the Richland, WA section.
