Biography

Mark Rice joined Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) in 2011. He has worked on improving the control center operations applications including state estimation and contingency analysis. Prior to joining PNNL, he worked for Alstom Grid developing network applications. He was a research assistant at Arizona State University and focused on power systems state estimation. In 2002, He was an intern in the Washington Internships for Students of Engineering (WISE) program where he was worked on renewable energy policy.
